• Delivery is free of charge to addresses within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery. (Signature required on delivery)
• I will email you a tracking code once your order has been shipped.
• Delivery of stock items will take 3-5 working day in most cases. Check individual product description for estimated delivery time. (Please contact me if required more quickly or by specific date) 

International Shipping:

• Contact me via email for a quote on international shipping.
• Please note that international and EU parcels will be sent 'Delivered Duties Unpaid' (DDU). This means the recipient will be asked to pay VAT and a handling fee before the item is delivered.

Returns:

• Returns are within 14 days excluding commissions , made to measure items or earrings unless faulty.
• Please contact me (Alex Yule) via email within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return any item.
• Customers are responsible for cost of return by special delivery in original packaging.

Made to measure items/sizes & finishes:

• Made to measure items may take 3-4 weeks from order date
• Rings: can be ordered in any size (3-4 weeks)
• Necklaces: All chains are 18” /46cm long unless specified, other lengths available on request but may take longer.

• Commissions in Silver generally start at £15O.
• It is helpful for me to have a budget guide, to know your preferred material , any guidance of style or inspiration is always helpful as a starting point, or to know a little more about the recipient and their taste or interests?
• A realistic indication of timescale/deadline is also helpful as commissions will take a minimum of 3-4weeks once design has been agreed and a deposit of 50% has been made.
• I will request a 50% deposit before work starts & the final 50% on completion before dispatch/collection.
